Welcome to The Forth Inn we are located at the heart of the Trossachs and in the centre of Aberfoyle. Our aim is to provide "comfortable accommodation, superb food, great beer and a good time"! Known locally as "A Taste of Aberfoyle" and recently awarded "Best Place to Eat Out" by Visit Scotland. The Forth Inn is a family run Inn, ideally located for exploring the new National Park and in particular The Trossachs, all the usual outdoor activities are available, walking, fishing, cycling, golf and photography. As well as the beers we serve (including 3 real ales), we also have a selection of around 50 malt whisky's, most of which you can't get in the supermarkets. The Inn also provides facilities for weddings (you really need to come and see the room!) we can cater from 2 to 120 guest's.... For your information we are very also close to the major outdoor facilities for Loch Katrine and Go Ape. Dinner, Bed and Breakfast offers are available. The Inn accommodation is fully en-suite with 6 rooms available. We are also very close to Glengoyne distillery. Stirling and Doune castles are both less than 20 miles from Aberfoyle. Just to reiterate the area is
particularly suitable for those who enjoy: Along with Callander, Aberfoyle forms the major gateway to the Trossachs.
