Please note that this is only a sample menu (it was actually the menu on 2nd Oct 2007)of the type and style of food that is available at The Forth Inn in the evenings.

The menu generally changes nightly this is because we like to keep the product fresh, however dishes are replaced like for like ie a fish dish would remain a fish dish but the type of fish may change.

What is important, is that unlike many places we make most of the meals that are on the menu in the evening here on the premises, so, if you think that there is not much choice that's the pay off for having products made and cooked to order for you! You should however find a balance with a choice of vegetarian, white and red meats and fish dishes always available

If you choose to take advantage of our Dinner, Bed and Breakfast offer, you don't get a specially restricted menu, and we do not do 'supplementary prices' if you were to choose a steak for example. You can choose from any of the Starters, Main Courses and Sweets that are available on the menus when you are here.
